Time to work on my frame!

Ok let start assemble the spine and ribs of the big surfboard. First the spine has to be glued in one long piece. By the way, the 2/8 inch thicker part was “planed” with my Dremel and it work pretty well. After some sanding the two edges came together quite nicely. I was able to glue them without any problem.

I did the same for the rails.

And I sanded excess of glue. Please not the eye of the expert! ;-)

Everything it is now ready to be glued. Like on the small surfboard I used Gorilla Glue, the foaming property of this glue help to file the gaps.
